Inclusion: a US-facing entity that quotes more than one carrier, or that runs a marketplace/exchange/lead-flow that powers comparators. Direct-to-consumer single-carrier brands (Lemonade, Hippo, Root) are tracked in /tools and excluded from this map.
Each row carries inline citations: HQ, ownership, size, and panel size each link to the source the claim is anchored on. Sizes use the most recent disclosed figure (10-K for public companies, press release or Crunchbase for private). When only employee count is public, that is what shows.
